Supply Chain Manager (B2B contract)

• Providing ongoing supply chain leadership support to ensure business continuity and operational effectiveness within the local organization.
• Designing, optimizing, and implementing Supply Chain processes in alignment with industry best practices and business objectives.
• Leading and facilitating the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to support alignment between customer demand, production capabilities, and material availability.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and improving Supply Chain performance indicators, inventory levels, and logistics results through data-driven recommendations and actions.
• Coordinating direct material planning activities and MRP processes to support uninterrupted production operations.
• Facilitating effective cooperation and communication between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across the supply chain network.
• Supporting the timely and quality-focused execution of customer deliveries and supplier replenishment plans.
• Collaborating closely with central Sales, Procurement, and local Production functions to ensure operational alignment and supply chain efficiency.
• Coordinating annual inventory activities and supporting inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Managing the resolution process related to logistics claims, disruptions, and service issues.
• Initiating and supporting warehouse optimization and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational performance.
• Providing expert recommendations regarding inventory management, planning efficiency, logistics performance, and supply chain risk mitigation.

• Proven experience in delivering Supply Chain Management services within manufacturing environments, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating operational teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on, operational mindset combined with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
• Fluency in both English and Polish.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, and planning tools.
• Practical experience in production planning, demand planning, and MRP processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Availability to provide services on-site on a full-time basis.

• TecCom platform utilization, including order management, document exchange, forecasting, and warranty-related processes.
• Demand forecasting based on vehicle population analysis and foreign exchange trend evaluation.
• Inventory availability and safety stock optimization utilizing ABC analysis methodologies.
• Product lifecycle management and obsolescence management processes.
• Distribution network management and logistics optimization.
